Author: Paris Peace Forum

The Paris Call was launched on 12 November 2018 during the Paris Peace Forum. It aims to drive initiatives on emerging yet insufficiently regulated issues in cyberspace by garnering the support of governments, international organisations, civil society organisations and private sector actors alike. The major associated principles include the practicability of international law, responsible behaviour of the states, State monopoly of the legitimate use of violence and recognition of certain responsibilities of private stakeholders.
