Steering AI and advanced ICTs for knowledge societies: A rights, openness, access, and multi-stakeholder perspective

The report acknowledges that artificial intelligence (AI) can “pave the way for new opportunities in terms of sustainable development’ and maps out the impact of AI through UNESCO’s Internet Universality ROAM principles. The report, therefore, addresses AI in the context of human rights, openness, access, and multistakeholderism.
