This national blueprint aims to diversify the economy, reduce dependency on oil revenues, and position Saudi Arabia as a leader in innovation and technology on the global stage.
This strategy is built on a holistic approach that integrates key technologies and embraces emerging trends to ensure that Saudi Arabia can adapt to the evolving digital landscape.
At the heart of this strategy is a commitment to developing a comprehensive digital infrastructure that supports high-speed broadband networks, telecommunications, and information technology services. By establishing strong partnerships with the private sector and promoting local investments, the strategy seeks to cultivate an environment where technological advancements can flourish.
The strategy is structured around 13 key priorities and 24 strategic initiatives that align with the overarching goals of Vision 2030. These initiatives are designed to elevate the ICT sector’s contribution to the national economy, promote workforce development, and ensure inclusivity by increasing participation among women and local talent.
