Riga guidelines on ethics in the information society

The participants to the Global Meeting of Experts on the Ethical Aspects of Information Society, recognised that Information and Communication Technologies offer great potential for helping advance global peace, human rights, progress and mutual understanding. They agreed upon 15 guidelines to back up the ethical dimensions of the information society.
