RFC 2635 “don’t spew a set of guidelines for mass unsolicited mailings and postings (spam*)”

The guidelines describe what spam is and outline why it is harmful in the Internet working community. A set of guidelines for dealing with spam for users, system administrators, news administrators, and mailing list managers are given. In the end, suggestions that Internet Service Providers might follow are given.
