In this resolution, the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice invites the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNDOC) to advance the implementation of the Global Programme on Cybercrime, in close cooperation with member states. The Commission requests that the UNDOC provides technical assistance and capacity-building via partnerships with member states, relevant organizations, the private sector and civil society. The Commission further requests the UNDOC to serve as a central data repository of cybercrime legislation and lessons learned.
