Computer-related crimes (R (89)9)

Principles and Recommendations

The Committee of Ministers recommends that member states’ governments take into account the report on computer-related crime elaborated by the European Committee on Crime Problems when reviewing or adopting new legislation. The Committee also recommends that governments report to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe during 1993 on developments in their legislation, judicial practice and experiences of international legal co-operation in respect of computer-related crime.
