Plan of action to implement the Beijing declaration on ASEAN-China ICT cooperative partnership for common development

Building on the Beijing Declaration on ASEAN-China ICT Cooperative Partnership for Common Development, adopted in 2005, the following Action Plan identifies key programme areas such as ICT infrastructure development, universal service, human capacity building, network and information security, to name but a few, and sets strategic actions and measures for collective cooperation in the ICT field between 2007 and 2012.
