Maputo Declaration: Fostering freedom of expression, access to information and empowerment of people

The Maputo Declaration calls on the UNESCO member states to foster the free flow of information through policies founded on the four key principles of inclusive knowledge societies: freedom of expression, equal access to quality education, universal access to information, and respect for cultural diversity.
