UN, OSCE, OAS and ACHPR Joint Declaration on Freedom of Expression and the Internet

The Declaration has the goal of promoting freedom of expression. In addition to the general principles, it brings a number of ground rules that particularly pertain to intermediary liability, mentions filtering and blocking. It also discusses criminal and civil liability, net neutrality and access to the Internet.
