Israel International Cyber Strategy

Author: Israel National Cyber Directorate

The Israel International Cyber Strategy is based on three components: cyber defense cooperation, capacity and confidence building measures, and preparing for emerging technologies. It aims to make Israel a leading nation in harnessing cyberspace for economic growth and social welfare. The strategy also focuses on international cooperation and ensuring Israel’s role as a leader in technological innovation and a partner in global processes. Israel has a comprehensive cybersecurity policy approach with a specific focus on developing cyber resilience and capacity, and it has reinforced its strategic partnership with the US in this domain.

The Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD) is responsible for implementing the Israel International Cyber Strategy.
