Horizon 2020 : stratégie de la francophonie numérique agir pour la diversité dans la société de l information

The document sets out the the digital strategy for the Francophonie. The strategy seeks to contribute to the the emergence of a democratic, open, inclusive and transparent information society. The strategy identifies four main axes:

1. Accompany digital innovation in order to facilitate innovation of developing countries in the global digital economy;

2. Promote open, transparent and democratic information societies;

3. Develop digital intelligence for the benefit of sharing and diversity;

4. Produce, diffuse and protect Francophone digital commons.
