Electronic crimes: Knowledge-based report

The reports assesses and analyses the development of cybercrime legislation in 15 Pacific Island countries, which are recipients of the ‘Capacity Building and ICT Policy, Regulatory and Legislative Frameworks support for Pacific Island countries’ (ICB4PAC) project. These detailed assessments (knowledge-based reports) reflect country-specific particularities and serve as the basis for the model policies and legislation on cybercrime.
