Children’s rights and business principles

The following document focuses on the impact of business to children that are considered to be the most marginalised and vulnerable members of society. The Principles are derived from the internationally recognized human rights of children, and do not create new international legal obligations. They are primarily founded on the rights outlined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its Optional Protocols.
