Agreement on Cooperation in Ensuring International Information Security between the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO)

This document aims to limit threats of the international information security, to provide interests of information security of the SCO and to create the international information environment of which are characteristic the world, cooperation and harmony. Furthermore, it wishes to establish a legal and organizational basis of cooperation of the SCO in the field of ensuring the international information security.

Additionally, the agreement identifies the main threats in the field of ensuring international information security and shapes the main directions of cooperation among SCO members.
