Action Plan for the National Cybersecurity Strategy of the Czech Republic for the years 2021 to 2025

Achievement of the main goals of the National Cybersecurity Strategy of the Czech Republic is subject to the successful implementation and timely fulfilment of the tasks defined in this Action Plan for the National Cybersecurity Strategy for the years 2021 to 2025.

Certain tasks defined by the Action Plan require close cooperation between the public authorities and other entities subject to Act No. 181/2014 Coll. (Act on Cyber Security), as amended, and other public administration institutions. Each such task is to be coordinated by a designated body, which may require the cooperation of other entities. The designated bodies are responsible for fulfilling the tasks with the legal authority given and within their legally-defined range of competence.

By the same measure, the roles and competence of individual institutions are not affected by this Action Plan.
