Julia Williams

Julia Williams is a Knowledge Fellow at the Digital Watch Observatory and an undergraduate at Trinity University (USA), studying International Studies, Strategic Communications, and Philosophy. Her research focuses on the governance of military AI, exploring its ethical risks and legal implications. She is interested in how emerging technologies intersect with human rights, conflict, and global justice.
