The annual meeting of the Korea Internet Governance Forum (KrIGF) will be held on 23 September 2016, at the Sejong University in Seoul, South Korea.
The full-day event will feature 10 workshops clustered in 4 tracks: Internet governance, cybersecurity, human rights, and emerging issues. The issues to be addressed during these workshops include: domain names, Internet governance and international politics, crypto-policy, information security, gender and information and communications technology/Internet, network neutrality and zero-rating, Internet of Things, privacy and data protection, intermediary responsibility, and the online-to-offline economy.
The initiative is organised by the Korea Internet Governance Alliance, in collaboration with several other public institutions, technology companies, and civil society organisations.
