Global Standards Symposium 2022

The fourth Global Standards Symposium is planned to​ take place in the International Conference Centre Geneva (CICG) in Geneva, Switzerland, on 28 February 2022. The Symposium is organized by the Telecommunication Standardization Sector of the International Telecommunication Union.

The Global Standards Symposium (GSS) is a high-level forum for discussion and coordination that is open to both members and non-members. H.E. Ms Nele Leosk, Ambassador-at-Large for Digital Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Estonia, will chair this year's event. The theme of GSS-20 is “International standards to enable the digital transformation and achieve the sustainable development goals (SDGs)”.

GSS-20 will conclude with an outcome document. In the coming weeks, more information will be made available.
