WSIS Forum 2023

The 2023 edition of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Forum will be held from 13–17 March 2023 at ITU Headquarters in Geneva and Virtually. Virtual workshops will continue in April and May. While the High-Level Track will take place on 14 and 15 March 2023. The theme of this year’s WSIS Forum 2023 will be ‘Action Lines for building back better and accelerating the achievement of the SDGs’.

The WSIS Forum is co-organized by ITU, UNESCO, UNDP and UNCTAD, in close collaboration with all WSIS Action Line Facilitators/Co-Facilitators.

The open Consultation Process that shapes the themes and format of the forum is open until 1 February 2023. Inputs from regional and national WSIS-related events will be gathered and used in the Open Consultation Process.
