Women in IT Summit Europe 2021

The 2021 Europe edition of the Women in IT Summit will be held under the theme ‘Sharing knowledge and celebrating the achievements of women in technology’. Partially summit and partially award series, it will present awards to individuals, organisations and initiatives that had a huge impact on business, employees and the wider tech industry.

Discussion will be focused on exploring the ways in which everyone can fight for diverse representation in leadership and how data and digitisation can fuel organizational transformation, growth and recovery. The summit will include sessions, panels, presentations and webinars, which will tackle gender representation, LGBTQ+ rights, racial inequity and disability discrimination. Exclusive masterclasses - on gender partnership and advocacy and ways to maintain inclusivity in hybrid working - will be held as well.

Winners of the awards will be announced during an online ceremony, after the summit.
