Webinar: Sustainable Digital Transformation in the Arab Region

The International Telecommunications Union (ITU) is organising a webinar on the Sustainable Digital Transformation in the Arab Region on 29 September 2021.

The Arab region has experienced remarkable growth and transformation across all sectors with the support of digital transformation. Many cities and governments in the region have launched ambitious smart city plans aiming to creating an inclusive and sustainable digital economy for their citizens. This event explores the latest development and impacts of digital transformation in the Arab region. It also discussed at the concept of the circular economy and its role in achieving sustainability in cities.
