UN Forum on Business and Human Rights 2023

The 12th UN Forum on Business and Human Rights will be held in a hybrid format from 27 until 29 November 2023 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.

The forum aims to bring participants from governments, international organizations, businesses, civil society, trade unions, communities, lawyers, and academia together to discuss key trends and challenges in implementing and advancing the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs). The forum is established by the UN Human Rights Council, guided and chaired by the UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights, and is organized by the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). The main theme of this year’s forum is: “Towards Effective Change in Implementing Obligations, Responsibilities, and Remedies".
