UN begins to address cybersecurity
Event desciption
on 30th September 1998, Russia proposed the inclusion of cybersecurity on the agenda of the UN General Assembly (first committee). This proposal was formally adopted on the 4th January 1999 by the UNGA REsolution (A/RES/53/70).
