The second round of the OEWG informal virtual meetings

The UN Open-Ended Working Group (OEWG) will hold its second round of informal virtual meetings between 29 September-1 October. The group will discuss the international law section of the pre-draft 2 report. The discussion will focus on furthering exchange and sharing national views on international law and how it applies to the use of ICTs by states; capacity building in relation to international law; and the development of voluntary guidance notes to enhance the common understanding on how international law applies to the use of ICTs by states.
