The 91st meeting of the RIPE NCC community — RIPE 91 — will take place from 20 to 24 October 2025 in Bucharest, Romania.

Over five days, network operators, internet engineers, policy makers, researchers and other stakeholders from across the internet infrastructure ecosystem will come together to engage in working group sessions, plenary discussions, tutorials and community events.

The programme covers key topics including IPv4 and IPv6 deployment, routing security and RPKI, DNS resilience, network coordination, internet governance, and the future of global connectivity.

Participants will have opportunities to share operational experience, discuss policy developments, attend hands-on tutorials, and build connections within the RIPE community.

RIPE 91 extends both technical and policy-oriented tracks: from deep technical sessions for network engineers to broader governance dialogues for decision-makers, all within a collaborative, global community environment. RIPE 91 offers a timely chance to engage with emerging practices, influence regional and global policies, and strengthen operational resilience.
