Responsible Behaviour in Cyberspace: Novel Horizons

The Hague Program for Cyber Norms will organise its first conference on Responsible Behaviour in Cyberspace on 5-7 November 2018, in The Hague, Netherlands. The conference will focus on five panel tracks: state and non-state/industry actors; power dynamics; institutional perspectives; regional perspectives and international law; and, the private sector involvement in cyber norms with representatives from Microsoft and Siemens. Furthermore, the conference will feature keynotes by Laura DeNardis, Myriam Dunn Cavelty, Dennis Broeders, and Adam Segal.
