Munich Security Conference 2026

The 2026 edition of the Munich Security Conference (MSC) will take place 13–15 February 2026 in Munich, Germany. This annual international meeting focuses on security and foreign policy issues and it brings together government officials, military leaders, diplomats, representatives from international organisations, and experts from the private and academic sectors to discuss current challenges in international security.

Over three days, the conference features plenary sessions, roundtables, and side events addressing topics such as European security and defence, the future of the transatlantic relationship, the revitalisation of multilateralism, competing visions of the global order, regional conflicts, and the security implications of technological advances.

Prior to the event, on 9 February 2026, the MSC Kick-off takes place in Berlin to introduce the topics of the upcoming conference and present the annual Munich Security Report.
