Global DPI Summit 2025

The Global Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) Summit  2025 is scheduled for 4–6 November 2025 in Cape Town, South Africa.

Under the theme “DPI in Practice: Implementing Tomorrow’s Digital Society Today,” the summit brings together policymakers, technologists, civil society, and private‑sector actors from over 100 countries to convert dialogue into action on building inclusive, safe, and trusted digital foundations.

The agenda features keynote presentations, panel discussions, interactive workshops and networking sessions focused on how digital public infrastructure—such as identity systems, interoperable payments and data platforms—can accelerate development, innovation and service delivery while advancing inclusivity and trust.

With its emphasis on shared learning and partnership building, the Global DPI Summit 2025 will play a key role in shaping the next generation of digital public systems and in setting global standards for DPI design, governance and scaling.
