25th EBU Technical Assembly

The 25th European Broadcasting Union (EBU) Technical Assembly hosted by Hrvatska Radiotelevizija (HRT), will take place at Cavtat near Dubrovnik, Croatia on 13-14 June 2019.

The assembly takes stock of the work done in EBU strategic programmes and groups during the year leading up to the event; reviews and endorses to the workplan that will guide the EBU technology and innovation department for the next 24 months, including 2018; elects the 13 members of the technical committee to oversee the work of the strategic programmes headquartered at the EBU technology and innovation department.

The event is a platform for the technology leaders of EBU members to meet with peers from member organisations and to share information of common interest. Alongside the assembly programme, delegates are invited to view technology demonstrations, tour the host organisation's technical facilities, and join evening social activities.
