Beyond relief: Resilient aid systems for the digital era

UNHCR, UNDP, IOM, UNICC, and the Permanent Mission of Switzerland will host the official launch of the Digital Hub of Treasury Solutions (DHoTS) on 28 May 2025, at the Palais des Nations in Geneva.

This high-level event will bring together experts from the humanitarian, government, technology, and private sectors to explore how digital innovation is reshaping the future of aid delivery. Discussions will highlight the transformative role of AI, blockchain, and emerging technologies in humanitarian operations. Participants will also discover Switzerland’s unique position at the intersection of financial innovation and humanitarian fundraising, and learn about new opportunities for collaboration through the UN Financial Gateway.

The event will include networking sessions during the break and a closing segment to encourage dialogue and foster partnerships across sectors.
