The Swiss Forum for International Affairs (FSPI) is set to host a luncheon-debate on Monday, 26 May 2025, featuring Ms. Doreen Bogdan-Martin, Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The event’s theme will be ‘Bridging the Digital Divide in the AI Era’. This luncheon-debate is organised in collaboration with the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC).

The FSPI’s monthly luncheon-debates are one of the Forum’s key activities designed to support its overarching mission: to create a platform for meetings, dialogue, exchange of information, and reflection among practitioners and observers of international relations and geopolitical issues. These events also contribute to raising the profile of International Geneva and strengthening Switzerland’s role as a hub for multilateral negotiations. By convening diverse voices across sectors and generations, the luncheon-debates promote the fundamental principles of multilateralism, cooperation, and international law while fostering intergenerational dialogue and understanding.
