OECD Ministerial Meeting 2017

The annual Ministerial Meeting of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) will be held on 7-8 June 2017, in Paris, France.

The meeting will bring together ministers from OECD member and partner countries, to explore policies that could deliver a more inclusive globalisations and respond to growing citizens’ concerns that globalisation has not benefitted fairly to all. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss a new inclusive growth narrative centred on improving well-being for all in open and digitalised economies, and the need to define a more people-centred approach to international standard-setting.

One session in the programme of the Ministerial Meeting will explore national policies aimed at ensuring that people, firms, regions, and cities can thrive in an open and digitalised environment.
