Tamiz v. United Kingdom

In this legal proceeding, the European Court of Human Rights concluded that the U. K. hadn’t failed in its duty to protect the right to a private and family life of an individual who had been victim of alleged defamatory comments made anonymously in the comments section of a blog hosted by Google’s “Blogger.com” service.
