The Global Conference on Cyber Capacity Building (GC3B) 2025 will convene on 13–14 May 2025. Organised by the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE) and hosted by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA), this high-level gathering aims to advance global cooperation on cyber resilience and digital development.​

Building on the outcomes of the 2023 Accra Call, GC3B 2025 will bring together policymakers, development experts, and cybersecurity leaders to assess progress and chart a forward-looking agenda. It aims to elevate cyber capacity building discussions onto the global governance and development agendas.

The conference will feature strategic dialogues, interactive sessions, and cross-sector collaboration opportunities focused on bridging digital divides and strengthening cyber capacity worldwide.​
