International Conference on Cyber Conflict (CyCon) 2025

The 17th International Conference on Cyber Conflict (CyCon 2025), organised by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE), will take place from 27 to 30 May 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia.

CyCon 2025, themed ‘The Next Step,’ will convene experts from academia, government, military, and industry to discuss the evolving challenges and opportunities in cyber defence and security. The conference will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshops covering topics such as cyber operations, cyber resilience, incident response, international law, AI emerging technologies, and strategic policy.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with leading professionals in the field, explore the latest research, and participate in discussions shaping the future of cyber conflict. The event will also include networking sessions and social events to foster collaboration among participants.
