US FCC Chairman: Net neutrality was a mistake

In a speech made at the Mobile World Congress, Ajit Pai, Chairman of the US Federal Communications Commission said that net neutrality rules were a ‘a mistake’ and the the Commission will work on bringing into place lighter regulation. In Pai’s words (quoted by the Verge), the existing approach to net neutrality ‘injected tremendous uncertainty into the broadband market. And uncertainty is the enemy of growth’.
