Twitter to launch multilingual innovations of assembly elections in India
Twitter has announced that it will launch a number of multilingual initiatives ahead of assembly elections in a number of states in India. The objective of this initiative is to foster inclusive and engaging discussions between candidates, political parties, citizens and society. Among other things, the initiatives include information search prompts such as candidate lists, voting dates, polling booths and voter registration.
