International Girls in ICT goes digital
The celebrations of the International Girls in ICT Day were moved to the digital realm amid the coronavirus outbreak. The Day marks global efforts to create the right environment for women and girls worldwide to pursue a career in the IT industry. This year’s theme ‘Inspiring the Next Generation’ focused on the role of role models and governments in empowering girls in the field of technology.
