Indian Court dismisses Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hostar regulation
The Delhi court dismissed the petition submitted in October 2018 by the NGO Justice for Rights demanding platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hostar to acquire a licence issued by the Ministry of Information.
