EDPS and EU Agency for Fundamental Rights agree on revised MoU
A revised Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) and the EU Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA) has been adopted in order to increase co-operation between the two European entities. The FRA and the EDPS aim to meet at least once a year: to review matters of common strategic interest; to identify areas of co-operation; and to exchange views on the main forthcoming challenges for the fundamental rights to privacy, data protection. and related rights.
