E-learning approved for all higher education institutions in Malaysia
The Malaysian Higher Education Ministry has approved conducting online learning and teaching for all higher, public and private, education institutions during the COVID-19 outbreak. E-learning will be conducted only if access to lecturers and Internet facilities should be available to all students.
