On Cybersecurity: MORE psychology/education and LESS technology?

The workshop on the Commonwealth approach on National Cybersecurity Strategy focused on Africa. Only 4% of cyber security incidences worldwide happends in Africa. These include financial fraud, government website attacks, software piracy and use of ICT in terrorism. But, it is likely that, with the digital growth, Africa will face more cybersecurity challenges. The Workshop suggested to strenghten legal framework for cybersecurity. In addition, capacity building should focus more on non-technical aspects of cybersecurity such as psychology of users and education.
