Brazilian congress to discuss labour rights for hide-hailing and delivery drivers
Brazilian Senator introduced a bill proposal to provide labour rights for hide-hailing and delivery drivers. The proposal includes (i) minimum wage per hour; (ii) annual paid vacation of 30 days; (iii) paid weekly rest and (iv) other rights resulting from collective agreement or convention.
