Apple – encryption
Major disagreement between Silicon Valley and the US government, on using cryptography back doors for the law enforcement continues. Justice Department obtained a court order this summer demanding that Apple turn over, text messages between suspects using iPhones. Apple rejected a court order. Couldn’t comply with warrant because of encryption.
