Apple Card updates privacy policy regarding data sharing

According to TechCrunch, Apple is updating its privacy policy for Apple Card to enable the sharing of more anonymized data with its financial partner Goldman Sachs. Though data sharing will be facilitated between Apple and Goldman Sachs, the shared data is aggregate, anonymized, and provides for an opt-out. According to Gizmodo, the expanded data shared might be used to help Goldman Sachs in “improving credit decisioning”.
