Adobe Foundation donates US$250K to help close digital divide in San José

The Adobe Foundation has granted US$250,000 to the San José Digital Inclusion Fund to bridge the digital divide in San José, US by supporting digital literacy and the community’s on-call IT support team in promoting a green tech ecosystem. The Digital Inclusion Fund is a $24 million public/private partnership to address the digital divide in San José by private donations to leverage 5G deployment. ‘We must create a future where all San José residents can access the tools necessary to be competitive in a 21st-century digital world. Access doesn’t simply mean connectivity and availability of devices—we must also provide the education to use technology. We greatly appreciate Adobe Foundation’s investments in our community,’ said San José Mayor Sam Liccardo.
