Accenture and Intel develop AI for coral reefs
Accenture, Intel and Suluaai Environmental Foundation (SEF) have developed an artificial intelligence (AI) system that will monitor and analyse coral reefs in the Philippines. Data gathered from images will be processed by Accenture’s Applied Intelligence Video Analytics Service Platform (VASP) that will classify marine life and provide real-time information on fish populations, changes in coral reef and other data that will be used to make informed decisions.
