The World e-Parliament Report is designed to help parliaments harness the power of new technology to become better and stronger institutions. The report is also useful for civil society organizations wishing to build working relationships with parliaments; over a third of the parliaments now have a formal working arrangement with parliamentary monitoring organizations, which can serve as catalysts for greater public understanding and engagement.
