Web Content Accessibility Guidelines cover a set of recommendations for making web content more accessible in particular to persons with disabilities.  A wide range of disabilities is considered in the guidelines and includes visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological impairments. The guidelines tackle accessibility of web content on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
